Great product
I spar 3x a week for an hr at a time.I have had multiple types of head gear for sparring. And this is one of the best by far. easy to clean and provides ample protection from impact and has good breathability. Only draw back is when you are sweating the head gear gets slick and can turn plus the sweat tends to run into your eyes. Easy fix is to put on a sweat band under the head gear.

Not good for sparring
Used this for sparring and it is not at all adequate. Does not stay in place and does not offer much protection. Not very shock resistant at all. My trainer even said this was not good gear. Wasted my money.

I wanted a headgear that was durable and comfortable, but I didn't want to rob the bank to do so. The Macho Dyna Macho Dyna Head Blackheadgear is light and has plenty of ventalation at a great price. I couldn't be.more pleased
