Q: Are these usable for men’s suit jacket?

No, generally the hangers would be too small for men’s suits.

Q: A couple of them are broken upon delivery. How would I go about getting those replaced. The others are fine.

I would send the whole thing back and request a new order

Q: Can anyone compare these to wonder hangers? i tried wonder hangers and they didn't fall flat at all. i found using can tops took up less space. ty

Soda pop can tops work okay till they fall off all the time. I like these metal clothes savers for me.

Q: How big are the holes? I'm thinking about hanging 9 ties from the holes, but not sure it the holes are wide enough.

While I don't use mine to hang ties, I think they would fit quite nicely and it would work well.
