Lake Avenue Whey Protein Plus Probiotics and Enzymes, Unflavored, 5 lb (2.27 kg), Nutrition

I was loyal to Nutricost's whey protein concentrate, but the last tub I received was not only $60 (which is about $20 more than what I paid in 2021), but it also had an expired taste to it. This had a decent price point with the added bonus of probiotics. There were no reviews at the time I purchased, but man, this stuff is good! It has a very mild creamy flavor (it is unflavored, after all). It's pretty good in a smoothie with some frozen fruit, although now I mix it with some chocolate gainer (Rivalus brand) and warm water. It tastes more like hot chocolate, which I need now that it's December and cold af lol.

High protein to weight ratio, but the unflavored tastes like spoiled milk.

This whey powder has some healthy additives like bromelian and probiotics but it doesn't have any junk like artificial flavors or sweeteners. It mixes really well into my protein shakes and I can tell it's packed with nutrition. If you are looking for a plain, simple whey powder with the extra stuff it takes to be gentle on your tummy, look no further. I only wish it came in a smaller bag!
