Good cordless vac with great suction power
Fed up with the never-ending household chores courtesy coronavirus, we finally decided to bite the bullet and get a 20k+ vacuum cleaner hoping to replace the broom, did it work out?Short answer it did :-)Long answer, it still is work and takes similar time but effort required is lesser and cleaning is better. Before the purchase, first thing which came to my mind was, should i get a roomba robot clone since it costs same and everything is automated or go for a manual solution. Robot type vacuum do seem enticing, however with little research i came to know their suction power is not that great (usually around 2kPA), while for good vacuum it should be upwards of 10-12kPA. Also another advantage of stick vacuum is you can use it on walls for spider web removal, sofa, upholstery, tight spots, etc while the robot one utility is just for floor. So dropped the idea. Now coming to product, There are 2 power modes, max power mode and eco mode. Earlier before ordering I was worried if it will clean well in eco mode, since on max power mode it only lasts about 10 mins. But it does its job in eco mode as well. It can pick up dust, small items without much effort thanks to soft roller. I'm able to easily clean my 3bhk 1200sqft apartment on single charge. Lasts 30-40mins easily. Haven't done full battery discharge test yet.The soft roller needs to be cleaned once after 6-7 cleanings as small items get stuck sometimes. But its not hard.Coming to noise it makes, its something similar to leaf blower level. Its much lesser than corded vacs. You can use it in night as well, without disturbing the neighbors much. Now some cons,- There are 2 small mini rollers on soft roller brush, where the hair, threads, etc get stuck. You have to clean them every few days like a week or so otherwise the head won't glide properly. It can be only be cleaned with needle and tweezers, but its a pain. Wish they had come up with a better design, like make them removable or something for easy cleaning.- Garbage Can is small, its only 0.3L compared to usual 0.5L which others offer. Normally, I have to empty it after each clean. Its not hard once you get hang of it.- By default, it starts in max power mode. I have to switch to eco mode everytime i start it. If it would remember the last mode used or start in eco mode by default , it would had been better.- Charging dock occupies floor space instead of wall mount which is space saving- Although it is light weight, but it is not that light as they claim. Weighs around 2kg with extension handle and soft roller brush. 1.3kg is just for motor. But i think it is lighter than other stick vacsDeducting a star for these minor cons from overall rating.Competition (other cordless stick vacs) :I don't have personal experience with them but from little i gathered, in this range Karcher seems a better product. Products which I considered were Dyson v7 animal model which costs around 25k in deals and Anker Eufy homevac s11 go which can be had for 17kThe first thing which worked in favor of Karcher was soft roller brush which both the competing products don't offer. Dyson v8 has it but its almost twice the price. For hard floor like tiles, etc soft roller works best. For carpets, roller brush is more effective. Since I only have hard floor, this was major con of both.Another thing was both of these have run time of 30-40mins in normal mode, while this one has 60mins in eco mode. I thought 30 mins might be to close for comfort esp once battery starts degrading. Also real life tests of dyson v7 on youtube vids show 20-25 mins battery life. 30 mins is on ideal conditions. So dyson v7 was definitely out.Eufy despite its short comings was still appealing as it was cheaper, more powerful (20kPa on full power compared to Karcher's 15kPa), LEDs on roller, removeable battery and more importantly more feedback on amazon which is mostly positive. However, Karcher is an established brand in vacuum cleaner space and also has good offline presence across major indian cities. Anker is chinese brand, not sure of its offline presence in case service, support or spares is required. So i decided against Anker.-****Do let me know if you found this review helpful by clicking the HELPFUL button below Tks.It encourages me to spend more time on writing reviews :-)

Value for money and extremely light, portable!!
This is a fairly good vaccum cleaner..battery backup is 15 min on power mode..else 25 min..we had a dyson V7 also..that was more powerful..battery backup was also 10 min more..but it was more expensive..this one does everything else at lesser cost..it’s much lighter than dyson which is very important....and they have a good service backup for karcher in jammu..so worth it!!

Not value for money. Not durable.
The connecting part of the machine to extension pipe broke after an year of usage. Started giving mild electric shock. Suction power is not up to the mark. Suitable only for fair usage once in a week. Cord does not hold the weight of the Rolling heads hence part breaks. Not durable.Inconvenient Customer service. You must take the device to service center every time for the repairs.

Don't expect the typical Karcher like suction
We bought this only because of the trust we have with Karcher's conventional wired vacuum cleaners. But, unfortunately this comes nowhere close to the suction of the conventional Karchers. Either get a wired Karcher or get a wireless Dyson ( latest version ). Karcher has still not come off age in the wireless cyclone vacuum technology.

Excellent.
Brilliant product. The only problem I think I'll might face is finding replacement filter and roller. Otherwise it is a very good machine. At approx Rs 20,000 it cannot be called cheap by any stretch of imagination but when you consider the price of a dyson, this appears value for money as it does the job as efficiently.Overall I am very satisfied with the equipment.

Skip this and go for Dyson! Review after using for 1 year
I have a wired Karcher which works well hence decided to try out their wireless vacuum cleaner instead of buying a Dyson which is expensive.A huge mistake!Firstly, it worked when I tested it as soon as it was delivered. It met expectations decently as a hard floor cleaner. Suction is decent and the battery will last for a 2BHK and maybe in the eco mode, you can stretch it for a 3BHK on a single charge! That's it. The bin is also quite small and will have to empty it after every 2 usages. It is definitely lighter than the Dyson and the floor stand is one of the best things which Dyson did not include in its package free of cost. Considering these pros and cons, I was fairly happy that I saved some money. Then, 2 days later, due to covid 3rd wave, I went away for a month. When I came back, I used this vacuum as normal expecting it to work. After some usage, I realized that the hard floor roller worked but had no suction so it was just rolling around the dirt! Called customer care and they said they will pick up the machine from home and get it fixed. I was happy that there are no hassles and the Karcher brand was showing its value. With some follow-ups the machine was picked up but it took 1.5 months of tiring follow-ups with the service centre (Jayanagar Delta Service Center), to get it fixed. They would keep pushing the date, say the part is stuck somewhere, blame Karcher, etc. because it is a third-party service centre. In a city like Bangalore, Karcher has no service centres of their own! Also, this service centre seems to be the only one! After I got back, thankfully it worked well and used it for the next 7-8 months. Again, performance is not as good as Dyson but my floors would get clean enough conveniently so no complaints. Now again, one day I decide to use it, and the roller makes very loud noises of friction to the point I am scared to use it. From what I understand, some small buffer piece seems to have worn off and it is causing this friction in the hard floor roller! This is very surprising considering I didn't use it extensively and it is a German product!I called customer care and they said they will get back about pickup, but no luck. I called the service centre directly and they said will pick it up but no luck. After multiple failed follow-ups with the service centre, I gave up and called customer care again. They said they will raise the request again. Now some guy from the service centre calls up and says he will come to pick up at random times convenient to him but I am in the office. On the multiple days I have requested him to come, he says ok but then doesn't show up! Sometimes he says his pick-up area has changed and it is somebody else who has to come and sometimes he says he is too far and will come some other day. After almost 2 months, I gave up and bought a Dyson!I still hope to get this fixed to vasool whatever money I wasted and lessen my regret.

Perfect and reasonable vaccum
Great vaccum at this price from a renowned brand. If you want to save some $$$ against Dyson this is the best option. It’s light weight as well
