The media could not be loaded. Handy remote to have, you can select 4 colour options to save to the remote plus’s brightness up or down and on and off. Works well and simple to connect.

I recently bought this product, un packaged it read instructions and followed them to pair it to the Wiz app. It would not pair to app. I then researched manufactures FAQ's and you tube videos on pairing and confirmed i had done everything correct. when i picked up remote it was very hot. Bateeries were obviously discharging very hard without any buttons being pressed so i took them out immediately to prevent fire risk. I contacted Amazon for replacement and sent faulty unit back (one hour of my time lost to take it to post office). Replacement unit arrived and looked identical to the unit i had returned, including box being open and internal packaging being damaged identical to the packaging i had damaged opening original unit (obviously not a new replacement). This replacement has exactly the same fault, (suprise suprise , it looks like it is the same ujnit). batteries getting red hot without pressing buttons and will not pair. Contacted Amazon again and they said they will refund the £14 if i return it to them. It simply is not worth taking an hour off work for £14 to go to post office. Anyone would be fool to do something that they know would make them lose money. Terrible Customer service , wish i could give less than 1 star

Ready to set up and is a welcome addition to control smart bulbs for those who do not have Alexa

Battery life is disappointing, and doesn’t work on any bulb unless It’s not allocated to that room.

Normally Wiz products do work, but i think this one was defective as it was openbox and at discount, sorry but you gotta go back.
