I've got flat feet. Years of hiking, playing rugby, hefting crap around and getting injured has done them in. Some shoes simply aren't comfortable as a result no matter what. These made my work boots feel far more comfortable to wear. I will say that if you're getting these for new shoes you need to ensure you have enough space to fit them. I'm a comfortable UK 10 but would buy a UK 11 to wear these with comfort. With trainers or low backed shoes the added height may make it so you aren't securely in the shoe at the back so do be careful, would recommend trying new shoes with one of these in them before buying the shoes.

I was a little hesitant on working out which insole would work better for me with my plantar fasciitis. After much deliberation I opted for these insoles, what can I say "simply brilliant" I play a lot of golf and when I developed plantar fasciitis I though my golfing would be curbed even as we are just into the playing season.These insoles fitted perfectly into my Ecco shoes once I took out the Ecco insoles, they fitted perfectly without having to trim the insoles.Once I got use to wearing them and that was within 1/2 an hour they were simply brilliant, the support they gave me was simply brilliant and I highly recommend them, I'll probably keep wearing then once my plantar fasciitis has eased and cleared up as I cannot get over the difference they have made for me.

I am hiker and on rough terrain, due to wearing hard boots my feet started to hurt over time. So I shopped around and found these. Initially it was too hard for me but that could be due to my aching feet but I persisted and it softened up with time. I got used to them and it actually helped. It was an experiment to try these and it really help a lot but it took a while for me to get used to them. That is the reason I am giving it 4 stars. It was worth it.

I was suffering at work from very painful plantar problems and these boys solved them, simple as that really. They are uncomfortable to begin with as they are pushing against bruised and inflamed muscle, but that's what they are trying to support. Need replacing every 6 months if used all day every day.

I bought these after realising that my left foot turns outwards when I walk and that my boots are wearing unevenly. My boots are a size 5 (UK sizing) and I bought a size 5 which fitted perfectly with minimal trimming around the toe.These insoles have made a BIG difference: they're not orthotic in the same way that a podiatrist who analysises your gait would make a bespoke pair for you, but they support the arch of my foot incredibly well and make my walking boots much more comfortable to wearI'm going to buy additional pairs for my Converse (which have no arch support) and potentially my 'dress' shoes. Would definitely recommend.

I give these 3 stars purely because they do not work in shoes . Feels like your heel is coming out of the shoe due to thickness of in soles. However, they are fine in my walking boots and provide the support I need for trekking. I have yet to try them out for a longer trek as I’m still nurturing a plantar fasciitis onset so we shall see if they give me pain relief and support. They are easy to insert into your foot wear.

Amazing took a few days to settle had to not wear other foot because it was painful. So just used normal insoles to get height right in both feet. This has worked for me but not everyone.Within a week I could tolerate shoes without insoles but not for long
