I’m new to sourdough baking and didn’t want to invest in an expensive Dutch oven right away, so I tried this affordable loaf pan—and I’m really glad I did. Perfect size for baking a single loaf and is light weight for easy moving in and out of the oven.I’ve used it twice so far, and both loaves came out beautifully. I brushed the sides with olive oil and had zero sticking, even with crispy melted cheese on the sides. It held up great at 450°F, and cleaning was super easy—just soap and water since nothing stuck.If you’re new to baking, I recommend getting two: one for the dough and another to use as a lid to trap steam, similar to a Dutch oven setup.No complaints at all so far. Have not used long enough to determine its rust resistance yet. This has been a great, low-risk way to explore baking, and I’d definitely recommend it to other beginners or hobby bakers!

I bought 10 pans to use in my oven for sourdough baking with the 2 pan method. Pros: the nonstick finish is really nonstick and you don't even need to use parchement paper or oil the pans. The breads slip right out after baking. I really like the handles, which gives the flipped over top pan a resting place, so the upper pan stays in place for providing a steamy environment for the bread. Another positive is there are no seams in the corners, so cleaning is a breeze.Cons: because of the handles, I couldn't fit 6 sets in the oven like some people are able to with SS pans/no handles. It's really not an issue, but something to be aware of, if trying to bulk bake using the double pan method.

Really nice loaf pan. Use for baking sourdough sandwich loaves. Use the 2nd pan to cover the dough for the beginning bake. Creates steam during the bake. The result is a lovely, crusty loaf. Along with an easy to clean interior, the slightly wider handles really aid handling the pans through the bake. Can’t go wrong with this set.

Bought to replace a cheaper non-stick loaf pan that had become scratched and rusted through being well used. This quality pan has been used for several loaves and after the first time I didn't even bother greasing the tin. Consistent heating for an even bake. While not the most important thing, I love that it compliments the color of our kitchen aid stand mixer.

These bread pans are amazing. My bread comes out so clean!

Nice and heavy duty, replace my 30 year old one and I am pleased.

These pans are great! I got the dark blue ones because that color was on sale. Very smooth and non-stick and I could probably bake my sourdough bread without greasing the pan but I sprayed Pam on just in case. The only thing I don't like is that the bottom of the handles have these small cut-outs that are a little sharp so be careful not to cut yourself. Other than that, I love these!

These molds truly do not stick! I’ve made cake a few times and even baked bread once, and each time I was able to remove the items from the molds with great success. The price-to-quality ratio is fantastic
