Needed inspiration and a teardown for a sensor for a prototype, it is actually the correct product, if only madcatz had open sourced their pcb then this would be such a great drop in package to a mouse.

Works perfectly on MAC OX Sierra with Controller Mate I was able to remap the buttons and now I can control Volume UP/DOWN like I did with the Mad Catz R.A.T. 9.I'm glad I bought this mouse, love it!

Met expectations.
Works as advertised, no problem with my cloth patterned/designed mouse pad. Very little-to-none acceleration.
