A good source of Omega 7, yes new to me too, apparently health benefits range from helping with dry eyes and other dry regions post menopause, blood pressure and blood vessels, immunity and skin hydration. These capsules are easy to swallow and provide 120 at one a day. Certainly worth a go.

It’s too soon to rate the effectiveness of this product as you need to take any supplements for a month. I was really surprised that these are dried ingredients not the usual sea buckthorn oil capsules that I’m used to taking. I suppose smaller and easier to swallow but I’m not sure that dried is as good as the oil which is absorbed quicker. I’ll hold final judgement for now.

Complete waste of money - the is more nutrition in dishwater. The product looks good, but I can assure you it will be the biggest waste of your money.

Easy to swallow capsules which are flavourless, I have been taking as part of my wellness regimen and do feel the add something that I was missing I feel much less fatigued and my complexion has improved significantly as in my skin is much clearer and I appear to be having less breakouts I would recommend and will go on taking these as they are excellent value for money and very easy to swallow and do not upset my stomach.
