Well packed and easy to install the 31.6mm post .Been out on my first ride of 25 miles and it's the most comfortable my MTB has ever been ..some rad some bumpy trail, very impressed after one ride and it also looks good , some suspension posts look weird .I would recommend this post

Work actually very well, I'm 120kg and with the pre-load set to max it rides almost like a full suspension bike. I got one for my dad's bike as well!

I purchased because my electric bike has no rear suspension which makes for a hard ride when going over rough round or a pothole!This seat post has built in adjustable suspension which cushions the bumps making for a more comfortable ride. Easy to fit. Reasonable price . Would recommend

I fitted this to my Dawes hybrid and went for my first 25 miles ride yesterday over some very potholed lanes. The ride comfort improved significantly and my spine is very grateful! This quality of the product was immediately apparent on opening the box and the fit to the bike and saddle was very simple. Worth the money in all respects and recommended.

Works Well, Fit Is Good, But Very Little Saddle Back Tilt (Only about 2°) so didn't suit me and returned. Successfully absorbs rough road surface. Road bike 10kg and my weight 68kg; did not need adjustment. I cannot get wider tyres (32-35mm) on this bike (28mm) so get too much bum-hammering, even with high comfort saddle and gel cover, so this type of thing is a good solution.

Everything (from build to packaging to documentation) shouts quality & good value. Easy to install & adjust adds a level of comfort to any hardtail bike. (15stone rider).

Expensive but you can certainly notice the difference even on the slightest bump. A great addition to my electric bike .....and my butt!

Should have been a good quality product - German (well Taiwanese actually) engineering and all that. But as received the saddle clamp bolts had been cross threaded on assembly, meaning that the saddle could not be fitted. This makes it completely useless so can not comment on how well it should work.No options to contact the seller for replacement parts. Would not recommend this product or vendor.
