Stopped working after 1 year

The item not working even after having good GSM signal
After connecting all the wires and also having very good mobile signal in the area, no network LED is glowing. All other LEDs like Power, SP, UV/OV, DR are glowing as directed except the Network Signal. I suspect the internal problem. Kindly help me resolving the issue.my Invoice No. is GTD-606 dtd 16-01-2021 and the Product Sl. No. is 1019-347

Too many calls , it calls midnight also and say no power.

Reliable brand, easy to install
Easy to use, for any one having randomly timed call alerts install LTLK connect app on number having the problem and find settings to turn off unnecessary call/sms alerts. Anyone with moderate wiring/pump knowledge can install it. I use the IVRS mode option.
