A Godsend to tempt and feed a loved one with medical eating challenges
FIRST - the photo and description badly undersell this excellent product. The photo is of of the hermetic seal on the top of one glass bowl of crème brulee with the pouch of sugar sprinkle. But you are buying a pack of SIX of these in a cardboard sleeve. I would have been put off, but I got them first at Costco, so could see through the mistake. My wife had medical challenges that left her without appetite, nauseous when she did eat and with alarming weight loss. These were a godsend. Smooth, creamy, warm sweetish, they tempted her to eat then seemed particularly easy to digest. At Costco they were very reasonably priced, but it seems (at least here) they were a Christmas item. Through Amazon here I bought a couple of packs of six. They came with the tightest and best bubble wrapping I have seen with a couple of cold packs in an impressively strong outer box. Yes, more expensive than Costco, but for what they are still vwery reasonable. If you have someone with appetite/nausea issues, I would suggest trying these. As an aside, the other thing we have found to work is watermelon.

Delicious
Cost is highway robbery. Found same thing at Aldi's for a far better price. Only problem is that I've seen it at Aldi's one time!

The best part was the sugar that you put on top ...
My wife and I just had it about 10 minutes ago. We both looked at each other and said, "eh." There was not much flavor to the actual custard. The best part was the sugar that you put on top and have to torch. The rest just tasted like flavorless custard.

Really Five Stars Desserts
Buy at Costco for $8.97 per 6-pack. Excellent product. Follow the instructions and enjoy a niiiiiiice little dessert for $1-5. How much is creme brûlée at a restaurant?
