I don't write reviews often, I should, I read them and trust them. I sold a painting that needed to be sent across (literally) the country and the Plastic Safety Glass I had purchased for the frame and shipment was horribly scratched. No hiding it anyway, anyhow. I found these Handicrafts Home Acrylic sheets, perfect size 11x14 ( 2 ) sheets, better odds, I thought and I did pay the little bit extra to receive the same day!So happy with these protective replacements for the glass, Great thickness, looks wonderful! I, of course, wanted this to look it’s best and it did. The price was better, too. Thank you, AMAZON

One of our framed pictures fell and the glass broke--I was ready to pitch the whole frame, but my husband convinced me to just find replacement for the glass. I was afraid these acrylic sheets would be too big and I'd have to figure out how to cut them, but the 4 x 6 sheet fits perfectly in my 5 x7 frame. The best part is that it looks just like glass! HIghly recommend.

This acrylic sheet is nice - cleanly cut with excellent transparency. I would buy this again if the price weren't so high. The cost is totally out-of-wack with what one can obtain from a local big box store - but it's my fault for not checking prior to hitting that checkout button. I based my 5 stars solely on the acrylic sheet - if I were to include price as a factor in determining my star rating the number would have plummeted to 2.5 stars. The big box stores will cut the sizes you need for free which is something to consider before purchasing any of the overpriced acrylic sheet on Amazon. (The inflated pricing is not unique to this acrylic sheet.) However, this is a good product and I am confident it will perform well for a wide variety of applications.

A bit pricey I thought, for 5 thin 4"x6" pieces plexiglass but overall they came well packaged. I bought to replace a the broken glass that was in one of the 12 openings of a collage picture frame I'd just purchased and didn't feel like going through the return/delay hassle getting a new frame. These were perfect (although I only need one now, you never know when you'll need another). They fit the opening perfectly, you can't tell that the opening is glass or plexiglass so that's perfect also. Each pane is protected from scratching in shipment with a film on both that you peel off before loading the pane in your frame. Overall, I would say I'm a satisfied buyer.

These lucite sheets that come in various sizes are the perfect, safe replacement for glass picture frames that crack or break. No more worries about glass shards etc.

I debated about buying the thinner plexiglass sheets but glad I got this 2mm thick ones. Flexible but not flimsy. I built a shelf out of them, cutting them with a blade and using glue specific for acrylics. It worked out well and I now have the shelf set up that is perfect, though home made looking. Still, it suits the need and I did it myself!

Not glass but worked out for my needs anyway.
