Worked well
It worked great right out of the box. I used it on my 2013 Ford f150 5.0 FX4. Easy to use: I didn’t read instructions just used common sense. Everything fit well: all the parts worked together and it fit my radiator reservoir. My experience: I had replaced some parts on my cooling system and decided to order this while i was doing the work. I finished the work and refilled the system while i was waiting for the kit to arrive. I had a noise coming from the water pump (whine) when i ran the engine. The reservoir showed it was full. I used the kit as soon as it arrived and my truck took an additional 1/2 gallon of coolant and the noise went away. Probably an air pocket. Happy I purchased. Another DIY tool in my arsenal. I recommend.

Works well feels cheap gets the job done
First off i did not recieve a new item there was coolant in the lines and a few other things i noticed says it was a open package item. The directions are ok if you can get past the broken english translation. First time i tried it it pumped pressure into the radiator. The small hose on the bottom for directing the output air is too much of a restriction. I removed this hose and tried again.Makes alot of suction and pulls the system under a vacuum quickly. You have to play with the valvesTo get desired results. Shutting off the aire flow immediately bleeds the vacuum.Shutting the suction hose off first then the airflowHolds it then move the other valve to draw fresh coolant in. The pick up tube is way too long and bound up in the jug sucking air.The stiffness of the hose kept threating to knock it over. A more plyable hose here would help immensely. All in all purged the system of air in about 5 minutes. And four of thoes were trying to figured it all out.Next time will purge in one minute.Every tech needs one period.Wont be fighting with stuck air anymore!!!Cant beat the price!!!

Worked as designed, refilled coolant simple.
The tool kit worked very well right out of the box, complete with the air quick disconnect, hoses and fittings. It quickly pulled down a vacuum, the cone plug that goes into the reservoir is a bit long but I didnt have to modify it for my Audi Q5 2012, 2.0 TFSI, just positioned it at a slight angle to clear the reservoir internal baffling so it wouldn't draw out any coolant. It could be shortened however I may wish to use it on a different vehicle. I didn't pull more than 15 inches hg for fear of sucking seals, at 15, it was enough to collapse hoses in the system, removing air, and then allowing coolant to be drawn into the system. The only thing I didn't like, was the red tip plastic tips on the ball valve handles, they fell off even before use and really don't serve a purpose other than appearance. This kit, first time use for me, was a huge time saver.

Did not even work a single time, complete waste of money. DO NOT BUY THIS CRAP

Well worth the price
Incredibly convenient for the price. Makes refilling coolant a very easy job!

It works well with some modifications
Took a minute to figure out how it worked, but realized quickly that it is a necessary tool these days. I swapped out the short 1/4" exhaust hose out for a longer 3/8" hose. The 1/4" one flapped around wildly and was a pain. I hang the tool on the hood latch loop or hook, run the shop air hose through the same hood latch loop and then connect the air hose to the tool. This keeps the tool oriented properly and hangs nice whike using. I also have the 3/8" exhaust tube run into a small bucket with a lid (with holes in the lid). This keeps the hose stable and collects the small amount of coolant that it sometimes picks up while using. Great value and great tool. Works well and highly recommend it to prevent air pockets collecting in these newer cooling systems.

Worked as advertised
Worked well except for the size of the radiator cap "Cork". On a Toyota Camry the radiator fill opening where the radiator cap is fitted is quite small. I was only able to achieve a vacuum by centering and then pressing down hard on the "cork" while creating a vacuum. Otherwise the "cork" would not achieve a vacuum. They really need to supply an additional smaller sized "cork" to fit these smaller filler cap openings. The coolant vacuum filler for the overflow tank on the Toyota will also not work (a different kit) due to the design of the Toyota overflow tank so this kit is the only option.

Helped get the job done.
My Jeep was vapor locked after the coolant refill. I parked it right away to start over. Researched and made the purchase to do it right. It works but seemed finicky to hold the vacuum in the system. Purchase is worth it versus paying a shop much more to do the flush for you.
