Very poor quality knobs starting popping out no customer service available waste of money

Worth the price we paid.

Easy to install, convenient to use. Maybe I picked the wrong size, but the spacing between the burners makes it awkward and a little risky to use even though all the burners are directly accessible. I have also not been able to figure out how to remove the regulator caps for cleaning. It's inconvenient to have to get in between the gaps with a toothbrush to get the trapped debris out.

There have been issues with this unit since starting. Look at the burners condition only after one month of usage. In addition, it keeps burning vessels. Initially, we thought this might be happening just initially and will go away after some time. But when we dis not any improvement, submitted a complaint with Prestige. They were very prompt to respond to the complaint. But the representative tried to put the blame on IGL pipeline and asked to submit a complaint with IGL. When I explained that it was behaving the same running on gas cylinder also, after some argument over phone he agreed to come. Now here comes the day when he arrives. We showed him everything, condition of burners, vessels that were burnt but he had excuse for everything, do not use it at high flame, do not use half full vessels, vessels are too light weight. When showed a heavy bottomed kadhai (wok), I was surprised when he said that get all your vessels checked by the seller. Basically, there is no issue with the stove, everything is either our fault or vessel is not right. For burners condition, he said it is normal as these are made of brass. Now it became more interesting when he was about to leave and asked for OTP. As I received two OTPs, Delight and Non-Delight. I tried to share non-delight OTP but he said he does not need OTP but he needs to take the photo of SMS. So I let him take the photo but later I thought why he needed the photo of SMS and I guess he used the delight code out of it, just my guess based on his behavior. There is no way for me to check how the ticket was closed. I hope someone from prestige takes this feedback seriously and take some action to improve their customer.

The gas stove is good and is quite easy to use. Does its job well.Their after sales service however is very pathetic. We had raised a complaint over an issue where the flame was disappearing on putting it on sim. The representative who arrived after the complaint demanded Rs.600 for installing a jet without issuing any kind of receipt or acknowledgement.We refused to cater his request. The gas pipeline worker who had come to fix a gas leakage told us that the Prestige guy was scamming us. He fixed the issue for free and now its working fine.Don't buy prestige products if you are looking for a good after sales service

Recommended product for less width area of kitchen tables

The first item we received was defective.Gas smell (leakage) even though everything is fitted perfectly, There is Yellow flames instead of blue flames in three burners (out of 4). If there is yellow flames, that means the fuel (in this case, LPG) is not burning efficiently and wastage of fuel is occuring. This can be seen as black soot is formed under cooking utensils. So replaced. Second one was working fine. There is 2 year warranty period. Someone from prestige will come home and do service free of cost for 2 years.any parts(if required) will be charged. Now satisfied with replaced product

After using this stove, I would say that it is a very good product for the money and it is somewhere a good solution for a normal medium family.
