I personally use this for gaming with my buddies, and it works perfect for that. My old mic was acting up, so I got this to replace it along with my wireless earbuds. Here are the pros and cons:Pros:- Since it is wired, connection is reliable, and will always be faster than a wireless connection.- By using a 3.5mm audio jack, it frees up a usb port (my old mic used usb).- Comfortable. Can be worn for long periods of time due to being lightweight and not clamping too tight on your head.- Cheap... what else can I say?- The mic flips to either side of the headset so you can wear the speaker on your right or left ear.- The mic, speaker, and overall build quality are more than fair for the price (but not perfect, obviously).Cons:- Very little adjustability on the top headset band.- Cord is pretty long, but that might be good for some people.All in all, great for what I need it for, and probably good for a lot of other uses. I also really like the one-ear speaker design because it allows me to be aware of my surroundings while gaming, internet browsing, etc.

Work very well use them for game chat. No set up plug them in and they work.

There is nothing "gaming or chatting" relatable to its competitors with this headset. This headset reminded me of a blown 1" tweeter, the clarity is just absolutely terrible. On the receiving end: my friend told me he could barely hear me and it wasnt clear. i adjusted it completely in xbox and even eventually put the mic right in front of my mouth, it didnt matter. I definitely would recommend another brand which i bought and will attempt to return this one.

Very light and unobtrusive. Earspeaker clear with enough volume to hear chat clearly and impressive microphone for the cost. Voice goes through bright and clear.

It's a little big for my head but I have a little head , but it works fine works better than the first one, they exchanged it with no problem

I live these headsets because the are very light. The only problem is they don’t last long. They seem to get a short in the after about 3 months. I’ve had 3 of these and had to go for the heavier headset.

Bought one, so happy, bought two more a year later. Not for a call center, but I work on the phone all day from home and these are perfect.

I use this at work, it’s on my head 6-8 hours a day, No complaints…
