Great size and looks fabulous in the kitchen

Let me start by saying that the plant is absolutely gorgeous. Unfortunately Hermes is a horrible delivery company that should be ashamed of itself. My first plant arrived in shambles, all bruised and cut up because Hermes had busted up the parcel beyond recognition. I contacted the seller right away and they provided me with a new plant, free of cost. It arrived today (via Royal Mail whose service is A LOT better) and this time the plant was fine, it looks very healthy with big glossy leaves. I'm really gonna enjoy this one!

Some leaves arrived a bit damaged due to packing/transportation but the overall plant is so beautiful that I decided not to complain. It is a very good looking specimen - not perfect though, hence the rating.I bought several other plants from GardenersDream Store, they are very good. Plants that arrived damaged were either refunded or replaced.The decorative pot was purchased separately, also from Amazon.

Excellent customer service provided by Craig, Dean and Tony. I ordered a Calathea Flamestar which was initially damaged and had very few healthy leaves. I then wrote to Tony to vent out my disappointment, who very kindly considered this and sent out a replacement Calathea. I have now received it and very pleased with the quality of the plant. I would recommend Gardeners Dream very highly to other plants enthusiasts looking to make an online purchase.

In the middle of autumn this plant turned up bone dry and in packaging that stated to keep it on its side. By time I got it there was no soil left in the pot and had to be replanted out of season and ended up dieing
