There's no testing on these supplements so they could be anything. But, they seem to be ok to the eye

Hard to swallow
Not the best pill, hard to swallow even with loads of water. Result was i avoid taking it which isnt good for me

genuine 2mgs of elemental copper
This appears to be one of the few copper preparations giving an honest dose of copper.Labelled as 20mgs of copper biglycinate giving 2mgs of elemental copper.Being chelated, should be well absorbed.

Have only been using the product for a few days, so can't give a true opinion on the product. What I can say is that the dispatch and delivery was swift. The product itself is exactly what I was looking for. The price is great also.

Bad reaction
I don't usually get strong reactions to anything but this resulted in bad indigestion in just 2 days of taking the recommended dose and I can suspect this is to do with how these are made
