Never thought I would write a review over a pencil sharpener, but from the first pencil I sharpened I was so surprised that a product worked so flawlessly perfectly on the first try. It’s durable, heavy duty, small enough to easily pack, doesn’t break the tips off, a very smooth edged and even sharpener. Great value. 96 pencils later I’m smiling so happy I made this purchase.

Very sharp! Once a month I do inventory at work. We use pencils and I have to go inside to sharpener the pencil. I bought these so I could fasten one to my clipboard so I don't have to go inside to sharpener my pencil. Works great!

I just needed a cheap little sharpener, so I got on here, and this was one of the first sharpeners I saw. It was small and all I really needed, so I ordered it (even though it was a double pack, and I only really needed one). It took a little longer than I anticipated (almost a week) to arrive. But, it's really the best manual pencil sharpener I've ever used, by far. I never knew there could be such a difference in a pencil sharpener! It's solid, and it's got such a smooth cut you barely realize it's working; not a typical scratchy, dragging feeling as with other sharpeners. And, the pencil sits snugly in there, so I haven't had any leads break off like I have so many times with other little plastic ones. I highly recommend this sharpener.

not sure how I would test this but, the blade catches as I turn pencils, not the totally smooth shave I remember from earlier years and using it on the same brands of pencilssad, there used to be sharpener brands I loved but it seems now, all cheaper quality, like the screw heads that are too soft to turn, maybe we can go back to American and German made quality some day?

Well made and has a good blade. Usually these little sharpeners only last four times and then it's garbage.
