Just don’t turn on the microwave. There not made to be under extreme heat. They like the cold better then heat and last longer the colder they are. Enjoy I bought mine and couldn’t stop snapping them everywhere specially great for the yard on Halloween 🎃 I have about 20 left for That. I use them for fishing as well.. good luck

Last so long and so bright (Not like when I was a kid)

The media could not be loaded. These last so long! Bought these for use during a week long vacation, ended up as night lights, pool toys and for various other kids shenanigans.

Unwrapped like when previously bought

Terrific item to have around house, in car for emergency, power outages, last the stated 12 hrs, I'm never without these . But, I reordered this same item ( Amazon order " buy again") this time they are unwrapped in the foil type cover. Will thuu it s affect shelf life ? Doubt it but should have been described as a bag of unwrapped lite sticks.
