Very good and easy to manage

This has got to be the worst dishwasher I've ever owned. I've contacted amazon who put me straight through to the retailers themselves who passed me back & forth between 3 different people giving me different advice each time only to now be told i have to go back through amazon. Firstly the dishwasher is predominantly made up of plastic. Inside is all plastic as is 80% of the outside. It feels flimsy. It came very well packed but after unwrapping it i found dents. Almost creases in the only metal on it but as it was the side i thought it doesn't matter too much it will be in a unit not seen. Then we get to the washing, the main point of a dishwasher. Its useless. Nothing comes out clean, nothing. I've tried every setting, I've even put minimal in as a test but everything is covered in food still. The plate rack is very thin, so thin that i went and purchased new plates as they would all literally stick together. After extremely thin plates were used- no difference. There is only room in the top for 8 cups, all the other side is at an angle so any extra cups do not get used. The cutlery rack doesn't get washed if there us more than 5 forks in it..... need i go on? Useless product and not even cheap. Avoid at all costs.

Returning the machine because most of the time the tablet door/flap fails to open (not obstructed) wasting time and energy plus a re run if it works the second time, the top rail draw sometimes fails to connect/close on the seal of the machine when top drawer is closed. The 2 drawers are also flimsy compared to my last machine.Would have contacted customer services but another reviewer on here said that he/she was moved around trying to get someone to help so i have not bothered.Pity as it looks a good machine just doesn't always wash every time.
