Bought these for my nephew who is very active with lots of sports and figured he could use a good vitamin supplement to help with his growth. He loves these and asks to take them every night! His parents have noticed increased energy throughout the day and overall a great product! I would recommend this to anybody with picky kids who don't like swallowing pills and want a clean supplement!

I cannot comment on whether on its effectiveness. What can tell you is none of my kids will eat them. I have 3 very active and athletic kids and was hoping this would be a good supplement for them. We purchased the watermelon flavor and they all said the taste was horrible. I would have liked to try and swap for the grape flavor. Maybe they would have liked them better but unfortunately, you cannot return/exchange these so keep that in mind. The texture is more on the firmer side (which I personally like) however my youngest has braces and it was very difficult for him. I know it’s not ideal to eat gummies with braces but I still wanted to put the consideration out there for other parents. I cut the gummy into small pieces and that helped.

I got these for my son who seems to be a little behind the growth curve than kids his age. I know that everyone grows differently however I wanted a supplement to give him other than his multivitamin and improving his diet. He absolutely loves the taste there is not a day that he refuses to take them and he is a very picky eater and a very fussy kid when it comes to flavor and consistency of Gummies. He is almost at the end of his second bottle and he has grown 1 inch. I am not sure if it is directly because of the vitamins or if it is because we’ve been working on his diet as well. It could be a combination of both the only reason why I did not give this five stars is because I thought I would see a little more improvement after having almost 2 months worth of vitamins. But I am trusting the process and I am going to give it time.

"Hey B, whatcha doin'?" I asked as he's plugging his nose, taking this vitamin. "I don't like the taste..." Ah, dang it.That's not what I want to see or hear. He was getting tired of the grape, so we decided to switch it up and go with the watermelon. And for some reason, the grape works better than the watermelon. And it turns out that the watermelon flavor was not the one for him. The vitamin itself, with the minerals and nutrients is great, we've seen growth results in a couple of months. But is that because he's 8 and going through a spurt? I don't know. They could be helping with that. But just the taste and texture of the watermelon are giving him a hard time. So I tried it.It's not the best flavor, watermelon. If you're expecting that watermelon flavor of jolly rancher, you're not getting that candy flavor. The vitamin itself is a good size, a cute little perfectly formed bear, a great visual for kids. It's a little chalky or gritty in a gummy form, leaves that vitamin texture or substance in the roof of your mouth after chewing it. For the kiddos, I would suggest eating or drinking something right after taking it if they don't like that vitamin feeling.As a positive, it's an option that's not a candy vitamin and he's getting the extra nutrients that's helping him grow.

Wow okay, my son is OBSESSED with these! 😂 He actually reminds me to give them to him every morning—he says they're like guilt free candy. He's 7 and a super picky eater so finding a vitamin he wants to take is a miracle.I love that these support her growth but it doesn’t feel like a fight to get him to take them. I’ve even recommended them to a couple other dads at games. They’re not too sweet, no weird aftertaste
