Great low-cost laser.
This laser was perfect for my application. I needed a laser that was bright but not too heavy on the power requirements. The 10mw green laser was just right. It was handy to have the circuit board interface as I needed to bypass the push button switch as I am controlling it externally.

Not so good/ try them they seem to want to make things right.
right out of the box it didn't work. hooked it up to power supply correctly pressed the momentary switch and nothing. put a meter on the input power leads and pressed the switch and got a power drop but no beam. Asking for a replacement and will see what happens Update. I have a replacement in hand. Seems to work ok so far. Only four stars because the first one did not work. Good customer service thought.

Shorted solder joint
After removing some excess solder, unit seems to work. Regulator came adjusted to deliver 234 mA, the diode itself drops ~1.5 V at this current.Unit seems to emit almost as much IR as green light.

Works great
Works fine. Nice fat beam and much brighter than I expected. Not sure if it comes with an IR filter.
