Amazing fillet knife. Surgical precision.I finally found a knife that meets my sharpness and precision requirements. I use it to fillet fish.I tried various fillet knives before (Bubba, Shun, etc.). Nothing comes even close. Not by a long shot.

I do all the fish fileting in our house (except slimey catfish) and use this knife all the time! I've never had a blade break and I love the replaceable blades! I bought 2 of our boys these knives for Christmas this year.

Excellent knife. I use one for the kitchen. Instead of hjt or miss with expensive filet knives. Never worry about sharpening with replacement blades and blades stay sharp for a lot of use.

Great system. Easy to resharpen blades so you don’t need many. Good tight fit on hardware. Make sure you clean it up after saltwater use but that is true of all tools.

This was bought for a Christmas gift for my husband, he already owns one Havalon knife, this is his second. He likes the length of the blade, says he could use it to skin deer as well as filet fish. This comes with extra blades which is a plus!
