Yum! I like the chocolate and vanilla flavors (haven't tried any others yet). They keep me full and moving at full speed. Such an easy thing to grab in the morning when I'm rushing off to work or between meetings.

These are NOT the High Protein Slim Fast Shakes. The High Protein Slim Fast Shakes have 20 grams of protein. They also would say High Protein on the bottles!

These drinks are excellent. They taste like chocolate milk and have 20 grams of non gritty protein.

As advertised. Also it tastes really great.

So I've finally figured these things out. And trust me, you will have to. First off, of course you are going to lose weight because you're literally starving yourself while making sure you are given the proper nutrition. It's impossible to stick to just drinking these alone with eating once a day, snacks blah blah. I drink a half of bottle with a bowl of cereal for breakfast (plain cheerios). Have a soup loaded with veg or salad for lunch, a tea somewhere in the day, and then a soup or salad for dinner. The tea will suppress your hungry, trust me. I stick to that and then if I happen to get hungry within that day I'll will drink the other half of the slimfast. It will work, just use it to aid you rather than relying solely on it. I am so use to this diet now that I don't even have to think too much about it. KEEP IN MIND that the first week or two is where the 10-15 pounds will drop. After that your body will catch on and stop the weight loss. That's when the working out (exercise) begins. You're welcome.

As with most ready-made shakes, the taste is just slightly off. However, I will say that this one did exceed my expectations with its chocolatey flavor and smooth texture. There is just something about the after taste and smell that I just can't get around, though. As far as its promised to keep you full, I will say that I did not get hungry as early as I normally do between breakfast and lunch when I drank this for breakfast. However, at around the 3.5 hour mark after drinking it, it was like the hunger came in full force and I was ravenous. All in all I think this could be a good meal alternative for someone who is looking for a protein-rich diet with a decent taste.I was given this product for free for reviewing purposes.

Love slim fast. Lost 40 pounds in 6 months, but then reached plateau. Working past it. The high protein has only 1 g sugar. Great for people with diabetics. Only 4 stars because price is higher than available in stores. Big box from Arkansas at just under $6. But can find at discount stores (the one that sounds like a nice place to build a house) for $4.50 when available.
