What a beautiful snow globe. I especially like the way this globe combines religious and festive aspects of Christmas in a very tasteful way. The globe takes three AA batteries. The on/off switch turns on a light within the porcelain base that projects upward through the globe and outward through the base. My picture of it lit up doesn’t do the globe justice. It is pretty switched on or off. The globe plays “The First Noel” when turned on. I wish there was some way to have just the light go on and have no music play, but they operate together. When turned over, there is a lot of white snow—so much that it blankets the entire scene, but within seconds it is a gorgeous sprinkling of snow. I wasn’t sure I’d like an all-white snow globe, but it fits in perfectly with any Christmas décor and is absolutely beautiful.

This is so pretty! I think I found just what my granddaughter wanted. I wish the light would stay on even if the music wasn't playing but being LED, I should have expected that. Very happy!

Awful music tinny sound. Won’t light up with out music playing. Disappointed ☹️.

This is a lovely snow globe visually. However, mine arrived with water leaking out even though the shipping box was indented. Also, one of the battery wires was bent, so the battery would not properly insert. Also, the music is quite tinny. Returned and will not reorder.

It is well-made of clear, heavy glass, and has an intricate little scene inside with a building, pines, and a horse and carriage, all in white. It has the quality I value most in a snow globe, that it holds a whole little world preserved against time that you can imagine yourself into.However, it has a flaw. Someone added a twisted leafless tree above the building, made of twisted wire rather than the molded plastic that comprises the rest of the scene. I am afraid that it looks just exactly like twisted wire. Staring at the scene, imagining myself into it, I keep thinking that maybe it is a piece of modern art belonging to someone in the house. Conceivably it is Cthulhu rising from the abyss and preparing to eat the people in the carriage. Or maybe a mobile phone tower? A giant robot doing the Watusi? These are not just the impressions I had expected.

It is really pretty. I bought it for my granddaughter and it made her very happy. I think I may order me one

The snow globe was really beautiful, but the music was really terrible. I wish we could just turn on the light without the music. The music was tinny and off key. If you had no sense of pitch, not a problem, but Really!!! Totally unacceptable.
