For approx a year I’ve tried multiple mascara lines hoping to find “clean ingredients “ that wouldn’t cause itching, redness, and a burning irritation . Over the weekends, had to discontinue any mascara to ease my eye discomfort. But once back to work, I’d used a different mascara and eventually my eyes would flare up again with the same eye irritation. Thankfully I found 100% pure cosmetics who developed a pure product. Ive used mascara since a young age with no harmful effects. Surely today’s product lines must have changed the ingredients causing so many users harm to their eye health. Im sure many will stop buying makeup that’s damaging our hormones and health of our eyes! THANK YOU 100% pure! They’ve saved my eye health!

For about five years now, I've been suffering from dry eyes. It has affected my quality of life because it not only makes my eyes extremely tired and irritated all the time but I was also getting ulcers on my cornea. A nightmare for sure. What does this have to do with mascara? A lot. I have worn mascara about 99.99 percent of my life from age 14 to present day somewhere in the 40s (ha ha). I never had an issue until my eyes became chronically dry. As a result, I have tried and researched MANY mascaras. I've spent so much on eye products, it's mind (and eye boggling pun intended) just to find that right one that wouldn't irritate my eyes. Specifically, I purchased most of my mascaras from Sephora, several from Amazon, and even tried Etsy. I always checked labels to make sure I was only getting the best, least questionable ingredients. Unfortunately, they all failed.I am consciously optimistic, but so far, this 100% Mascara in blackberry has been fantastic. My eyes are feeling more normal and definitely not as tired as when I wore other mascaras. And yes, I have to wear mascara to feel "normal." I know, I know, but we all have our insecurities lol. Mind you, I have an entire, elaborate routine I have to do each day to maintain a semblance of normalcy in my eyes. But this mascara has been a LIFE SAVER for me!!In terms of wear, I love it. The brush is fluffy, the mascara itself smells amazing, it adds a dark natural length to my eyelashes and stays put all day. This mascara will give a beautiful, natural look to your lashes. It's not for those seeking a dramatic look. Regardless, I HIGHLY recommend this mascara for anyone suffering from dry eye. Even if I were miraculously cured, I would still continue to use this mascara. Six stars!!

I have been in search for a mascara that doesn’t immediately irritate my eyes as soon as I put it on and so far, this seems to be it!! I have EXTREMELY sensitive eyes and honestly, I’ve forgotten to take it off a few times (I don’t usually wear makeup anymore because it all irritates my skin and face) and I woke up and I couldn’t even tell I still had it on till I went to wash my face. Amazing product and I will be reordering when I run out. I may start doing my makeup every day now since I like a more natural look. I love pairing it with those bloody lip tints from TikTok shop for a more exaggerated look. The wand is so nice too, my favorite shape. Gives really wispy look with one coat, but is very buildable for a night out with the girls. 100% recommend this product

Wanted to love this because it made my lashes so long and thick. However, the next day, I woke up with a rash around my lower eyelid. So I didn't wear it for a couple days, the rash went away, then I tried it again. The rash came back the next day.I used coconut oil to remove the mascara in the evening and did not sleep with the mascara on my lashes.Something doesn't agree with me.

This review is for the BLACK TEA 100% Pure Fruit Pigmented Mascara. I have dark brown eyes, fair complexion, and dark brown hair. This depth of black looks nice alone or paired with some other makeup.My reason for trying this product? My eyes can't handle regular commercial mascara. They burn and/or itch. Sometimes immediately, but definitely as the day goes on. Furthermore, I have reduced or eliminated most personal care products that have known toxins, especially those that rate high (in a bad way) on the Environmental Working Group database. This pretty much eliminates most commercial products. I have made many of my own (not makeup) with success, but sometimes it is just nice to buy something already to go. I love my makeup-free face, so I normally don't wear makeup, but sometimes I want a little something, and that something is usually mascara. I hadn't gotten around yet to making mascara (one of these days!), which brings me to this purchase.How does it do? well, it doesn't quite stand out as glamorously as some commercial mascaras. This is more subtle, but with a few extra strokes of the wand, the effect does build up. I'd say it reminds me of the classic and basic Maybelline Great Lash (pink/green container).Raccoon eyes? Yes, if your eyelashes aren't dry or has a film on it from moisturizer. I use coconut oil on my face, so you see where there would be slippage of color from lashes to face as day wore on. Beyond that, I have noticed it to come off a little after time. I lightly swipe my under eye area to make sure I remove any traces of particles that may have dropped. It isn't bad, and it is better than some other commercial mascaras in this regard. And yes, if you go to bed with make up on (shame shame), you will wake up with black smudges under the eyes (I did this once, oops!).Burning/itchy eyes? No. Not like before, at least. If I happen to have it on from morning until night, usually by evening I feel some itching. Then I know it is time to wash it off.Would I buy it again? Well, it does a fine job, and if I run out before I get a chance to try another type of natural/pure mascara, then yes I'd buy it again. I am curious if there are other companies that have a high quality, low/no toxin mascara to try. Preferably at a more budget friendly price.
