Cheap low quality - ball does not fit
This is awful. The screws pop out once a week and have to be tightened. The ball does not fit well it is too small for the opening. This is a complete waste of money. The quality is low I would not buy again

Good chair, but seems to have come with the wrong size ball
Good solid Chair, but the ball is smaller than it appears in the image,, and what was supposed to have been included. It says 22" - which I take to be the diameter. I measures my ball - full-inflated - at 50", which translated into a 16" ball.I have no idea how to reach the manufacturer in order to effect an exchange.

Great Chair
I have had other ball chairs and this is by far the very BEST - I love it. It is smaller in size so it is very portable in an office. You get all the benefits of the ball with much less area taken up. Service was speedy and I had NO problems with anything about this order - yeah! - how refreshing.

Look at something more simple
I bought this to use at my office. The base was fine, not high quality and definitely not $90 worth (did I actually pay that???). The chair was not study when assembled although I made sure to follow directions and ensure all the bolts were tight. It screeched any time I moved. The wheels brok after less than 6 months. The ball is a decent ball, it’s not the right size for the chair, however. It fell into the hole and no matter how full was not going to have any actual support from the chair stand. You’re better off sizing up on a ball and utilizing that as a chair with a base. I liked that it rolled, but it also makes it easy to fall out of (which I did, twice).Overall it wasn’t a total waste but it is no longer in my office and I use a regular stability ball with a base instead. I tossed the base chair and just use the ball for exercise at home. I’m 5’0” and the size was fine.

Really three-and-a-half stars.
I wish I could make this three-and-a-half stars, because now that it's put together and I've used it for a couple days, I think the chair is actually going to work out pretty well. However, it was so difficult to put together and the instructions were so poor, I can't go with four stars, so I have to fall back on three. First, it included a defective part, which does not speak well for the manufacturer's quality control. I spent a very frustrating Sunday afternoon trying to put it together and finally concluded that the part must be defective. I called the seller the next day (ShopMedicalSupply) and they were TERRIFIC. Shipped a new part right out and didn't ask me to return the old one. The replacement part did work, so I was finally able to assemble the chair. If Cando would just do a better job with their instructions, it would have been a much better experience (and they'd get a better review). Just a little more information would make a big difference. The instructions are all pictures, very little text, and there just is not enough information. They are adequate - just barely adequate - but you have to guess at things; that's why it took me so long to realize the part was defective. The pump that is included is good, but there are no instructions on how much to inflate the ball and no limit given so you know when to stop inflating. First I thought they had sent me the wrong ball (one for a different chair), because it seemed to be fully inflated but was just too small. I inflated some more and finally it fit okay, but the ball was hard and very uncomfortable to sit on. FINALLY, after a day's use, I tried letting out just a little of the air and now it's okay to sit on and I actually think it's going to turn out to be a pretty good chair. If only the quality control and instructions were better, they might have ended up with five stars, because so far the finished product is pretty darn good.I know the instructions could be better, because we previously bought a ball chair from Gaiam. Those instructions were also pictures, but there was some text. Overall, Gaiam gave the perfect amount of information (including how far to inflate the ball) and that chair went together easily. I bought this one because I needed a swivel chair. If Cando would do a little more in quality control and on their instructions, they'd have an excellent product. The price is certainly good. If you're willing to spend time figuring out the instructions (or if you're just good at putting things together), by all means go ahead and buy it. I'm quite happy with it so far (three days of use), now that it's assembled.

Terrible.
These squeak like crazy. The bolts continue to fall out even after trying thread lock. Terrible waste of money.

Small ball
It is ok. The frame is sturdy. Fairly easy to assemble BUT the ball is small in radius then the area provided. This made the chair very wobbly and uncomfortable. We had to go buy another excersize ball that had a better fit

Helped my back like nothing else...
Is it perfect? No. Hence, one star less. The ball size is wrong for the height needed to sit at a standard sized desk. I had to order a larger ball, separately.Forget about the arms, I had one with arms and they come up to your hips. Nowhere near the height needed for your arms to actually reach. All they do is dig into your thighs and make it more difficult to get into and out of a seated position. The second one I purchased, I got without arms. Much better.Could have been built sturdier and it does get an annoying squeak to it after a while. That being said, it has totally cured me of the chronic lower back pain I suffered for years from sitting in standard desk chairs. I tried every chair out there that was supposedly ergonomic, even one that cost me $1500 bucks. Nothing worked. This ball chair, with all it's goofy design flaws, did the trick for me, within days of using it. I will never use a regular chair again!
