Glucosamine Chondroitin MSM & Vitamin D3 Joint Health Supplement, Move Free Advanced Joint Support Tablets For Men & Women (80cnt box), With Vitamin D3 To Support Bone & Immune Health

I have been using this product for years. I have two bad knees, one completely bone on bone. I was almost completely crippled as far as walking is concerned. I gave up biking and walks of any length longer than just around the house or maybe picking up a few groceries. I tried a competitors product but didn't have any luck. We started getting a health news letter that we saw advertised someplace. The guy writing the letter said that if you try a glucosamine and chondroitin supplement that it should include msm. move Free has both MSM and vitamin D3. The local vets also recommend move free for animals with arthritis. It took a while for the effects of this stuff to be fully realized. Mind you this stuff won't completely cure terribly arthritic joints. I still have pain when trying to clime steep hills on my old bike. I wasn't bicycle touring any more like I did as a young man, just riding around town. A friend of mine told me about electric assist bikes. I have a nice electric assist bike now set up for long range touring, and take fairly long (600-700 Mile) bike touring/camping trips. Some pain is still there at times if I over do things, but the locking up, crunching and grinding and popping has pretty much subsided. Years ago when all the cartilage was removed from my knees the doctors said I needed knee replacement but was too young to have it done. If Move Free keeps working as well as it has so far I don't believe I will have them replaced. Also, I had my pelvis and hip joint crushed when in my twenties and always had problems in the spring and fall or extreme weather changes ,but don't seem to have much trouble with that anymore either. Maybe Move Free helps that also? I have afib but cannot take blood thinners as I bleed excessively. I have read that Move Free might have something to do with that.

Glucosamine & Chondroitin has some SERIOUS benefits! While I do NOT recommend that YOU do what I did; I am not the only one who has experienced OUTSTANDING results following this course of action. I stopped taking ALL my high blood pressure and cholesterol medications because no matter which brand or dosage I used I still had chronically harsh joint and muscle pain in my thighs, back and knees! In combination with a healthier lifestyle, much better eating habits (stopped all Sugar, Salt, Oil and processed food consumption) and daily exercise over a five month period AND TAKING MOVE FREE ADVANCED GLUCOSAMINE CHONDROITIN daily ... I feel better than I have in years!In February I was on crutches my knees hurt so bad. Over time I was able to stop using crutches and just used athletic knee wraps on my knees. As of today (July 31, 2018) I don't use the knee wraps anymore either! The sometimes debilitating but always chronic knee pain is now just a mild discomfort. My A1C is 6. My blood pressure is 122/72; resting pulse rate is 50. (My cholesterol is still a tad high but I'm working on it). All-in-All not bad for this senior citizen! The only thing I take with my dose of Glucosamine/Chondroitin is Vitamin D.By the way my doctors of course didn't recommend that I stop taking my medications BUT they couldn't give me anything to stop my pain and improve my mobility NOTHING THEY GAVE ME WORKED! When I was doing it their way; I was also taking 800 Mg of Ibuprofen to combat the side affects of the medications. That's just plain DUMB!I recommend that YOU read the other evaluations on this product and then don't be afraid to experiment with your own process ... use a journal like I did to memorialize the improvement. 8 years ago my mothers doctor told her she needed knee surgery because she had two torn ligaments and knee arthritis. My mom is old so I googled her symptoms and came across this. Within a week she was feeling 50% better and even going up and down the stairs with little discomfort by the second week she said not only did her knee feel great but so did all her other joints. She said she was waking up better than she had in the last 10 years and she has never stopped taking this. 8 years later and still feeling good and no knee surgery and now her even older sister us taking it. I wrote these review but wanted to add that since last November I've had horrible knee problems to the point that I couldn't work out like I use too. One knee more than the other because of an old injury. I'm 48 yrs old and decided to try these pills myself. After just a week Im back to working out and running up the stairs. I read some of the reviews about upset stomach, gas ect ect but that has not been my case or my moms. Not that I doubt others might experience these side effect im just stating that's not our case. I just ordered four more bottles for myself. My moms been taking them for 8 or 9 years now and she's never complained about any side affects.

I have knee arthritis and my doctor recommended glucosamine. I had ordered Kirkland glucosamine hcl 1500 mg/msm 1500 mg from Amazon a few months ago but they are huge pills and hard to swallow. I had tried cutting them in half but the edges make it painful to swallow them. The Move Free was advertised as smaller, easier to swallow tablets. I was very disappointed when I opened the bottle to find that they appear to be the same size. I tried taking one tablet two different times in case they had some kind of special coating that made them easier to swallow but I couldn't get them down. (Attached picture has Kirkland tablet on left and Move Free on the right.)They were not eligible for return but the Pharmapacks gave me a number to contact Amazon. Amazon refunded my money since I found the advertising misleading. Customer service at both places were very nice.
