A good quality product in every detail
This is a well made product. This product seems to be sold in the Japanese market since all accompanied literature is in Japanese. It would be helpful if there were some brief safety instructions in English for the U.S. market.

Convenient
As a busy mom, I like how I can boil a pot of beans, stews, put inner pot back into outer pot then leave for a for a few hrs to continue cooking and come back to still hot ready to eat food.

Too expensive
The product is average to decent. The first time I cooked with ribs, I had to insulate it twice to achieve moderate tenderness. The second time I tried with red beans, after the first insulation they were still very hard, after the second insulation they were barely acceptable, and it took four insulations to get them soft enough. I tried it with rice for porridge and it was fine - boiling the rice on the stove first and then placing it in the insulated container resulted in porridge with the necessary softness after just one insulation. The price is quite high compared to the market average and its functionality. It should be discounted by 30% to be more reasonable.
