Worked well for me
I've been a little wary of trying Melatonin, but I did at my doctor's suggestion. This was the first bottle I tried. Aside from the taste being a little odd (not really bad or good, just not what I expected). It did help me fall asleep about 20-30 minutes faster.

why would i take the whole bottle?
bottle says take 30 drops before bedtime.Thats a whole bottle.I contacted the company and they said those directions are correct.????

Could not sleep
I took 3o drops 3 times different times the first time was ate 8pm then 10 pm and 12 pm could not sleep I really wad hoping that it would work for me but it didn’t help me
