Only a small amount needed, only swish for 30 seconds. Have asked both my periodontist and dentist, and both were very impressed with what they know about molecular iodine. Perio’ said it is expensive — but with only needing a teaspoonful once a day, and this item has been on sale for some time — and for the rave reviews on how well molecular iodine works on mouth bacteria, it’s a good purchase.

This stuff works extremely well at keeping bacteria from growing in your mouth. I had a spot that was hurt in my mouth and I was worried about it getting infected, but this stuff really put the kibosh on that. It's a great mouthwash. It's not the best taste in the world, but just use it and spit it right out it doesn't have a weird aftertaste or anything. I highly recommend this product

Almost as good as dentist rinse.

The only thing I don't like about this is the price tag. It is an insanely small bottle for the price.However, this mouthwash has literally saved my dad from severe/massive infections. He has a "situation" going on in his mouth that is probably going to cost multiple tens of thousands of dollars to get fixed. His insurance doesn't cover much of anything. His very last tooth on the top crumbled a couple of months ago, and now he cannot chew. He ended up in the emergency room with a raging infection because of that tooth. They put him on some super strong antibiotics, and when that ran out, he was keeping himself alive by taking old bottles of amoxicillin that he found in the cabinet. Not good. It was like Defcon 1 level emergency.This mouth wash has completely stopped the infection. He is perfectly fine. He still can't chew, but he is healthy and doesn't need to take any antibiotics. This mouthwash is the only thing keeping him healthy. He still needs to do something about his mouth situation, but at least for now he is not suffering.By using tiny little cap-sized amounts, he's managed to make one bottle last for 3 months.

I purchased this mouth rinse for the properties found in molecular iodine that are supposed to kill bacteria that causes cavities. I couldn’t locate an ingredient list anywhere in the description or pics, but I did like what I read. I was a bit disappointed when I received the item and saw the ingredient list. Why do we need to add mint flavor and Sucralose? It doesn’t make sense to have something good combined with something knowingly bad!
