So I've had this now a few weeks. The reason I bought it was due to existing pain in my neck I wanted to try to reduce. I read the reviews on a other products and decided to go with this one. So here are my pros and cons, please bare in mind I have nothing but conventional pillows to compare it to.ProsFirm support on my neck when I'm sleeping.Reduced neck pain in general.More mindful when choosing sleeping positions.Pillow adapts to any position of sleep.Once you've adjusted to sleeping on it you get a good night's sleep.Well made product that you can return if you're unsatisfied.Fits in a normal pillow slip.ConsThe removable cover isn't replaceable.It had a smell about it that's taken weeks to disappear or I've grown used to it.You're meant to sleep without a pillow slip on but the make up of the pillow catches on ear piercings. OUCH!It takes perseveration to adjust to sleeping on it as it's a lot lower than what I used to sleep on but once you crack it it's good.As it has memory foam in it, it can become too warm.in hotter weather.Overall I would buy it again as it's doing what I need it to do. Having Ankylosing Spondylitis I suffer with very painful neck and shoulders. After two nights the neck pain completely went. Ive had this a few weeks now and definitely recommend it. Its lovely and soft and one side is slightly higher than the other. It does take a bit of getting used to but that wasn't too bad and I find it more comfy with my head closer to the base if im Laying on my back. Its also very comfortable on my side.

So things the company can control, it was delivered on time, In good packaging, and as advertised.Now the more individual/personal issue's, it’s way too soft and thin, I sleep on my face and there is a big press stud right in the middle, where your nose is supposed to go, that’s not great! I was skeptical with the shape, and it’s not for me, the arm bits (where they’re supposed to go for face sleeper) are way too small so I end up just reverting back to having them under my head, it also adds a bit of depth that way, it’s supposed to be memory foam, but it must be the memory of a gold fish, as it’s back to normal shape in 5 seconds, it claims it’s more supportive on your neck, but that’ll only be the case if you’ve been using fresh air as a pillow, it really isn’t firm enough to support anything and just squashes to almost flat.I've tried it out now but I think I’ll stick to my ratty old battered pillow.Your experience may differ as all my issues with it are down to personal tastes.

I thought this pillow is quite soft so wasn't sure how much support it would give. I do however really like it and it does support my neck and as it has various edges to it you can turn it round to give the support you need. I haven't woken with a cricked neck and it is comfortable to sleep on so I'm glad I got this.

These are Amazing. I’ve tried many different pillows. I have an extremely bad back. Was cat sitting for someone & they had this pillow. First time I woke up in years without pain. I unfortunately bought the small, as I am small, it’s a little too flat. But I’m still sleeping so well, not waking up repeatedly like I used too, pain gone. Will buy normal size as soon as I can afford it. Cannot recommend enough.

My partner and I got two different orthopaedic pillows, we got different brands on purpose. I chose this brand and it turned out to be the better one ;)I had the best sleep ever! I usually wake up with a headache and a stiff neck/back, but this morning I felt so comfortable. I’m so happy!
