Buying new is not always the answer
Following several years of use the non-metal parts of this original component became brittle and crumbled into pieces.Compared to the price on a new equivalent iron this option saved many pounds sterling.Once ordered, the product was delivered quickly and , (with some regrets), I could get back to the ironing!

Replacement part for calc
I have a steam iron and the part corroded. I removed with players but then I was unable to use the iron without that part. Luckily, amazon stocked this part and now I can use my iron, without having the need of buying a new steam iron for approx £300

Disappointing
This part didn’t fit our Tefal steam iron unfortunately although it looked identical to the previous part that had split. We had water pouring everywhere. Very disappointing.
