I have found that this brand is easy to put on and doesn't pull on my eye lid like so many others at a higher price point. Easy on and easy off, no smudge!

This is my all-time favorite eyeliner. I can usually get it in the store for abour $2. Unfortunatey, it is fairly hard to find and I have to drive a long way to get it. I was excited that I could order it online; however, i bought 2 eyeliners for 2 pennied..... $9 shipping! I didn't mind because i really like the eyeliner. I used each eyeliner one time andthey broke in the cap and had to be thrown away. The entire eyelliner fell out and was unusable. Not a goodidea; however, I will still buy it from a store if i can find it... just not online.
