The camera is excellent. It works as expected. I am a Sony fan and do recommend this HD Camera.

Poor Feature Set
Good camera, but the software is really poor. I can get it to connect to Windows browsers, but not to Safari on any Apple device. You can get past the https certificate, but then you get an inexplicable “Error” text on the Sony landing screen. Very occasionally it will work on a Mac, but never on an iPhone or iPad. The viewer itself is a big step down from past Sony PTZ cameras. No features to pan to a clicked spot, won’t zoom to a square drawn on the screen with your mouse, can’t be set up to patrol between several views, must be manually moved every tedious time. A really expensive piece of underprovisioned equipment. Stay away.
