Battery nearly DOA; seller sent replacement
I’m using this as an air gapped monitor for an electronic Target system.When left unplugged, the battery dies after ten minutes on the max battery life setting.After contacting the seller, a new Panasonic replacement battery was sent. I have edited this review to reflect this.

Does NOT Look New AT ALL - Beat Up
This was ordered for my cleaner to help keep organized and she was very disappointed with how it came to her. It was not new. It was BEAT UP. Scratches and dents on the screen of the tablet and the camera was also cracked. I do not recommend wasting almost $800 on this product. Not worth it. Probably should have just bought a brand new iPad instead....See the photos I took of how it came in...

GPS was deaf
Wi-Fi was strong, 2 dollar SIM card trial to test cellular gave all bars and internet, but Gpsviewer gave empty NMEA sentences. Only one or two satellites on occasion. Opened the tablet and punched down on all antenna connections on the antenna board and antenna breakout board, twisted them on their pins as well. Went from no sats to 20 sats. Very pleased. Thanks Amazon and Kirktronics.

Proton is the absolute best!
The tablet is great, as advertised, much better than the surface pro I was using. If in construction or anyplace outdoors, this will work much better than other tablets.If you get a chance to order from Proton electronics out of Lombard IL, they replaced my HDD no questions asked. Plan to buy from them again!

CAN'T TELL FROM NEW
Can't tell from new up close. No mars, scratches or dings on case or screen. Came with 8700mah battery and enhanced hand wrist strap at no extra cost.THANKS RUGGEDBOOKS.

Can't tell that it isn't brand new
Considering this is a refurbished tablet it looks like it is brand new.I will am using this outside in the cockpit of a sailboat. It is bright enough to read view outside.

Doesn’t work, mouse is going crazy. Worked for 10 min then broke. That’s all tolerable, but having to spend 72, dollars to return it is not acceptable. It came from Canada so there is a duty tax on it.

Great buy
I bought this for performing field work. Screen was brand new, the unit had very little if any surface imperfections. Battery life was excellent at about 4 hours. Works great.
