Had to return it
The design and look of the unit was good but unfortunately there were clearly visible glue marks showing through the front glass piece so I returned it.

Much quieter
Great home improvement from the previous extractor fan which the house came with. Noise reduction is what I have noticed the most. The LED light gives it a great finish.

dont buy
item looked ok but could see the glue through the glass used to stick it in place so returned item amazon need to tell sterr who make this there is a problem.

Backdraft noice issues
This looked and worked fine but after 2 days fitted we had a windy night and the noice from the back draft through the fan was so loud I had to uninstall the fan in the early hours of the morning.Disappointed to have to return it as it looks really nice.Think this would work well if it was protected by another inline backdraft connector. Unfortunately I do no have space to fit one.
