Bad Quality — I'm Not Reordering!
The media could not be loaded. We run a weekly coffee ministry at our church. After fewer than 10 weeks, we noticed rust forming inside on the bottom. It gets used for 1 hour a week, and we follow a thorough cleaning routine, so I’m confident this wasn’t due to improper care. This is unacceptable, and I am very disappointed in the quality.

Not quite what was expected
I was trying to get a size similar to one I bought previously. This looked to be good match. The size according to weight was the same. But it was shorter and wider than the picture showed. I couldn't beat the price,so I kept it.

Better than expected
First, there are other sites (restaurant supply) that sell what look to be the same item with quite good reviews. With free shipping, Amazon was about the same total cost as the other stores.Since this server is made in China, I was a bit wary. The metal parts seem to be very good quality, the plastic parts show shoddy workmanship. The main concern was if the vacuum insulation was as good as that of name brand items that I use daily. Filling the server with hot water and closing the lid kept the water hot for several hours - by feel, there was very little drop in the temperature!With the main concern out of the way, I decided to keep the server to keep cream cold for use in coffee when guests are over. Time will tell how the item holds up, how easy it is to keep clean and if the lid causes any problems (the bar on top must line up with the spout to properly pour) with the sloppy fit. At the time of purchase, I found only one other vacuum insulated cream size pitcher - for three times the price making the decision easy for which one to get.

It's exactly as advertised. I drink a lot of coffee and I definitely prefer this creamer to the flimsy paper cartons.
