Pros: Scent is subtle. Excellent skin moisturizer and nourisher. Paraben free (as certified by manufacturer). Long expiry date (Three years fron date of manufacture). Value for money.Cons: Shia butter being base and mazor ingredient, it triggers excessive sweating after its absorbed in the skin.How I use it: I apply it all over my body in the morning, then do my daily fitness workouts and then take a bath. This keeps my skin lovably soft and healthy round the clock and so In my opinion this is the best way to use it.
