I have thyroid disease and have days where I just can't get enough energy to do anything. I don't take these everyday but on days when I have a lot to do or just need to be alert these really help. They were recommended by my Dr and I can't thank him enough. It is nice to not fall asleep during a get together or run out of energy trying to keep up with the kids. These also don't make me feel shaky or sick like the caffeine pills I had been trying to use.

I had questions about the product ENADA 5X so I called the company at the number listed on the product and left a message 18 days ago. No response. I would not recommend buying a product from a company that does not respond to questions from customers.

I take these whenever my chronic fatigue flares. They always seem to help some but I wonder if they help enough for the price.
