All natural. Best multi vitamin I've taken. Solid price for what you get.

Been taking these for years as has my family. Nothing but good results. I got bloodwork done pretty much only supplementing these about 2 years ago and all my levels including vit D were good. This was in the middle of winter with a crappy diet. I feel good taking these. Theyre sourced very well and of the highest quality.

Our nutritionist said she had never seen a better and cleaner and well balanced multi. We agree. We turned out our son and daughter-in-law on to them and they can feel the difference in their energy levels.

I used to pay the premium for this because of the Tocotrienol/tocopherols (Vit E) used to be more than just Alpha. But when I went to write the review it appears the label is now only Alpha. Especially given recent large studies, this is a very unfortunate change they have made although I'm not sure when it occurred as this has been my go to since ~2015 and never thought to look again until now.I will likely look for a new Multi.

This is a very good multi vitamin, it is made with seaweed so the flavor isn't great. It's a good value for the money

These are the best multi vitamins. Can’t say enough good things about them. Contains everything you need and they are all natural. Love them. Have ordered many times and won’t be without them. If you can get them on sale, even better. I order double if they go on sale

Good bet this vitamin blows your old one out of the water. All natural ingredients, rather than the big label brands that use rocks for much of their vitamins and minerals. Natural raw source vitamins and minerals versus rocks. I chose, so should you.
