Not sure why there are so many negative reviews for this product? It's pretty good!
Decided to give it a shot despite negative reviews since it was only like 15 bucks shipped.I was expecting some kind of foam-filled, crappy, non-bouncing ball that I could never "use" based on what everyone is saying here, but I was pleasantly surprised! Other than a low-quality (removable) decal, this seems like the exact same ball from the show to me!Contrary to almost every review I read, worksmanship is good as far as tennis balls go. It came inflated, has a nozzle like a basketball, and even sat in my mailbox for 5 days before I opened it and hasn't lost any air yet. (I live in AZ and it's almost full blown summer too! Not sure if maybe weather, heat, barometric pressure or other issues are affecting other customers, but mine seems fine? While it's no basketball, it's pretty bouncy! Seems about what I'd expect from an oversized tennis ball. You can squeeze it with your hands and tell that this is hollow inflated rubber, not foam. It did arrive ever so slightly deflated, but I'm leaving it that way as I imagine a fully-inflated ball might not bounce quite like I'd expect.Either I got lucky or other reviewers are nuts and don't understand the physics differences between a normal tennis ball and an oversized one. If I were forced to say something bad it might be that the ball seems a bit lighter than it should be, but that's seriously nitpicking.. it's obviously just for messing around with on your desk, not playing freaking jumbo tennis. Anyhow, yay! One step closer to being House. :) Very satisfied for the price and oh so very glad I didn't drop $50 on the so-called OEM ones on eBay.P.S. I purchased this from the "TV Store Online" Amazon vendor. Keep in mind folks - the seller you're buying from DOES MATTER! Amazon basically just warehouses stuff - even prime stuff. If the Chinese come along later and pull a fast one on both Amazon and You by stocking a crap product and telling you it's good, maybe you should have checked out their reviews first :) "Fulfilled by Amazon" does not mean Amazon's selling it.Thanks!

The Famous House Ball
For the more purist House fans:Ok, I would have liked to find one that didn't have HOUSE printed on it, and when you receive this ball, it will be as fuzzy as a regular tennis ball. Here are a couple tips... First off, if you are patient, you can carefully remove the logo by picking the letters off. I takes a while, but it does come off cleanly. And if you want to get it to look exactly like the ball on the show, spend a little time using a sweater shaver on it. If you do, it will come out looking exactly like the prop from the show. So it does take a little work, but if you put a little bit of time in, you get a very good replica of the famous ball from the show. Also, the ball is shipped not fully inflated, so you will need a sports pump if you want to bounce it off the wall, but as a display piece, with a bit of work this is a great replica.

Not a toy. For collectors only!
First of all, this is not a toy. So, if you want to play with it like House does it in the show, this is not for you. Now, if you want it for decoration for your desk or bookshelf at work or at home, it'd be perfect for that. That's why I was not disappointed when it didn't bounce, because it actually doesn't. There is a defect in the finishing in the bottom. I wish I could upload some pictures but Amazon (or seller) doesn't give me that option.Know your expectations and you won't be disappointed.

It's real Dr. House ball!
Our son likes to juggle this ball in his hands when he walks around the house thinking about something (hopefully, some home work or work essay:). Therefore, nobody was allowed to play with this ball, though our dog, Lizzy, was eyeing it with great envy and had her own plans for it... And once I found her merrily playing with remnants of it on the backyard...My wife and I decided that we have to buy the replacement as soon as possible and thanks to the seller - this ball is as good as the initial one, that was bought when Dr House MD was yet airing. It's a great souvenir!

IT BOUNDS
I read some comment long time ago the ball doesn't bound, but some recent comment says it bound just fine.I took my chance and this oversized tennis ball come with fully inflated and it does bound! The build quality is quite nice, no complain with this price. It's just like the one saw on House, and most importantly, it BOUNDS.
