Great purchase, holds well and looks great, just what I was looking for

I’ve now bought 3 of these. I have them stuck to the outside of a glass shower cubicle to hold toiletries so I don’t know how they perform in wet conditions but for me, they work exceptionally well. My only advice would be to be certain where you want the shelf to go before you touch it to the surface because it grabs on tight! I press and hold them for about a minute and then they’re good to go. Sturdy and effective - would recommend.

I bought this ZUNTO stainless steel self-adhesive shower shelf to organise my partner’s expanding collection of bottles, creams, and gels. I didn’t want to drill into the tiled bathroom wall, so the no-drill installation was the main appeal. After three months of daily use in a steamy ensuite, I can say the adhesive is surprisingly strong—but the performance really depends on how you prepare and where you stick it.Installation is simple, but the surface prep is absolutely key. I made the mistake of rushing it the first time and stuck it on a slightly damp area of tile—within a week, the corner began peeling and the shelf started to sag under the weight of two 500ml shampoo bottles and a tub of hair mask. After removing it and starting fresh, I used a hairdryer to warm and fully dry the surface, cleaned with alcohol spray, then applied pressure for a full minute. This second attempt has held up perfectly. It now supports four large bottles, a metal razor, and a hanging sponge with no sign of movement—even with steam from daily hot showers.The shelf’s build quality is excellent. It’s a single stainless steel piece with smooth welds, no sharp edges, and a brushed finish that hides water spots well. After three months, there’s no sign of rust, and it hasn’t discoloured or pitted despite constant water exposure. The size is just right for a minimalist bathroom—wide enough to hold essentials without jutting out too far. I mounted it at shoulder height for convenience, and even fully loaded, it doesn’t creak or bend. It drains well thanks to the open bottom and side design, which keeps things dry and reduces gunk build-up under bottles.That said, there are limitations. It will not stick to painted walls, wallpaper, or anything even slightly textured. I tried applying the spare adhesive pad to an emulsion-painted plasterboard wall in a guest bathroom and it failed within hours. This is strictly for use on glossy tiles, glass, or smooth metals. Also, because it’s a fixed unit with no adjustments or hooks, it doesn’t accommodate hanging items like razors or loofahs unless you use additional stick-on hooks nearby. I ended up pairing it with a small adhesive hook rail under the shelf to solve that.In terms of weight capacity, I stress-tested it with a full litre of conditioner, a big body wash bottle, and a tub of hair clay. Altogether, it held just over 2.5kg without any movement, which is impressive for a no-drill design. I wouldn’t push it much further than that though, as it’s the adhesive that’s the weakest point, not the steel. If you live in a humid environment or have poor ventilation, just keep in mind that condensation can slowly weaken the bond over time unless you wipe the wall dry every so often.Overall, the ZUNTO self-adhesive shower caddy is a strong and durable storage option for tiled or glass-walled bathrooms. It shines in modern, minimal spaces where you don’t want drilling or clutter. It handles surprisingly heavy loads and shows no rust after months of use, but it requires precise surface prep and won’t suit rough or painted walls. For renters, small bathrooms, or people avoiding permanent fixings, it’s a very functional and tidy-looking choice—just be prepared to spend a little time installing it properly if you want it to last.

Looks great and expensive. Easy to install and double sided tape is very strong. Easily took 4 items in the shower cubicle with space to spare. No holes in the base, so hoping the water will drain away easily.Since my original review the shelf has come crashing into the shower tray twice. After the first time, I stuck it back on the wall and left it with nothing on it, and 24 hours later it crashed again.Still like the shelf, but the tape fixing is not fit for purpose.

Product is advertised well made strong nice looking brilliant easy to use very pleased.

Installed one in the shower a month ago, and it is still going strong. Loved it so I bought 2 more for the bathroom but unfortunately neither of them have stuck. One fell off overnight before anything had been added, and the other one lasted about a week before it fell off. Now have damaged paintwork on a newly painted wall.Edit: The original shelf that has been up for a month has just fallen off, so that's 3 for 3 that haven't worked. I am so disappointed as they look great, they just don't seem to want to stay up. Walls were flat, clean and bone dry, and had little to nothing on them, and they still fell off.
