It comes built. Need to remove top to place decanter inside.

Yes, I bought this 6month ago and decided to open it today 5/15/2022, to discover there is no disenter set of glasses and the wine bottle inside the box, is this kind of a scam or what, so angry right now..

Q: do i need to pick up the car to pull whiskey to cup?

Yes the decanter really stinks. This is going to be 100% a cool car with cool whiskey glasses and should never actually be used for the holding of liqour. Take the decanter out and throw your keys in after work if you want but please do not but this expecting to have an effective pour of bourbon from the back of a wooden car. My mistake.
