It's ok not a lot of suction to actually pull out blackheads
Arrived on time box the packaging was sealed but the box inside containing the blackhead remover kit was open and crumpled wasn't impressed product seems ok ductions ok just need to keep on moving it as it leaves purple and red marks when you take the nozzle off the suction bit comes off it's not secure inside at all

Does NOT do what it says on the tin
Waste of Money. It does indeed have good suction power however it does not suck away any blackheads or whiteheads.It will bruise you however.My face is far from sensitive and yet this managed to irritate my nose and bruise my chin. Waste of money unfortunately.

Amazing best buy ever
So this only arrived a few hours ago it's amazing I looked on you tube for tips on how to use but the best product I've brought definitely recommended.I couldn't believe how this cleared my skin I used lowest suction however on first use .
