Former Nitro Pilot Approves of This Plane
It has been around 20 years since I ran my nitro powered aircraft and have been itching to get back into the air. I was not disappointed with the purchase of this product. This little airplane flies surprisingly well!In my opinion it is a good option for very young pilots that are likely to crash a lot (inexpensive). It is also a good choice for the entire range of skill levels because of the gyro-assist modes, ease of transport, and low cost. I even took it to work and flew it on my lunch break for its maiden flight. It cures the itch to fly something! There are some pros and cons that should be mentioned.1) All 4 channels work.2) The 400mAH, 1S, lipo battery provides plenty of power to fly 10 minutes or longer on a charge. (Two batteries are included.)3) The aircraft is small. This keeps overall cost to a minimum, but it also means it is going to be quick and very agile.4) The beginner and Intermediate modes of gyro override switch really help to keep new pilots out of danger.5) Being small and agile, the aircraft is sensitive to control inputs and any breeze that may be present will affect it.6) It can be flown just about anywhere. An area of about 1/2 football/soccer field is enough. More is better.7) It can be flown surprisingly fast and be able to be slowed down to a good pace.I mentioned the size of the aircraft a few times. Let me elaborate a bit. If someone is looking to get into RC aircraft and sport flying, bigger is not only better but easier to fly. Sure, it will cost a fair bit more, but you'll be glad you went bigger. Larger aircraft are a bit more docile and forgiving.

Fun Starter Plane
I got a similar looking trainer when I was maybe 12 years old and couldn't control the thing for the life of me. after a few very short out of control flights, it was done for. This trainer is surprisingly easy to fly. With the beginner setting, it's impossible to turn too hard. As long as you are gentle with the throttle, you will easily be able to control it. After 1 flight, I switched to intermediate and it was still pretty easy to control. I couple of flights later, I switched to advanced mid flight once I thought I had enough altitude for error and immediately did a nose dive when trying to turn. It smashed into the ground but aside from having to snap the propeller back in, it was unscathed.Aside from the wheels not really being able to turn, I was able to take off from the ground on the sand of a softball field. The first couple of tries were a little rough on takeoff, but the third takeoff was smooth and strait. I failed to nail any of my landings but I felt like I got close. The setup is super easy. I didn't even look at the instructions. Just pop the wheels in, connect the battery, load your 4 AA batteries (not included) into the controller, and you're ready to go.I didn't bother charging the battery before flying and it lasted about 10 or 15 minutes out of the box. I forgot to bring the second one with me. I'm charging them as I type this so we'll see if I can get more juice on a fresh charge. To sum it up, I think this is a great starter plane. I don't expect it to last too long but I was impressed with the ease of use and it's a lot more durable than it looks. And successfully taking off from the ground was an added bonus that I certainly wasn't expecting after reading some of the reviews. I had so much fun that I may upgrade to a more advanced plane after this one dies. I would definitely start with this one though.

Great Starter Plane
Great little starter plane, easy to fly in all the stabilization modes. With no wind, turning off the stabilization enables some great aerobatics and shows some good flying characteristics.Props have a tendency to pop off with the smallest of prop strikes, so if you flip while landing you'll have to walk out and find where the prop went.Landing gear leaves something to be desired, main wheels are not placed far enough forward of the CG and the plane has a tendency to flip at touchdown as a result. Best bet is to either put bigger wheels on it or to make your own landing gear. All in all, great little starter for those new to the hobby.

Excellent flight control.
Great plane flies in total control. It flies like warbirds series that are only 400mm this is 500 so it flies more stable but the roll rate is slow so make sure you have some altitude or you’ll roll nose first in the ground. I give it 5 stars only thing mine didn’t give me low voltage tone it just slows down or the motor just stops but I was able to Glide it down with out any power and it didn’t stall it just floats on down. This is a true park flyer small soccer fields base ball fields and parks it perfect

Buy it, you won’t regret it. Never mind, yes you will
See bottom for update. This plane is a great little flyer, I was able to do loops and barrel rolls by second time out. Very stable with gyros enabled. You really see how much they help when you switch to advanced mode. There is toggle switch on controller to change between beginner, intermediate and advanced. There is also a stunt button that I used for barrel rolls. The prop pops off if you crash, but otherwise stay on very well, which saves you from breaking them. It comes with extras but I haven’t even needed them, great design. I haven’t timed it, but battery life seems really good and it comes with two. They charge quickly too. Plane is tougher than it looks, hit chain link fence at full speed first time out (totally my fault)and it was fine. It can handle a breeze but because it’s so light not much more. Awesome plane to learn with. With the price I didn’t expect it to be nearly this good.Update:I really liked this plane until it randomly lost connection to remote and flew off, it wasn’t even very far from me. I followed all directions for connecting remote as always, don’t know what happened. I contacted customer support for company almost a week ago and haven’t heard from them. I retract my suggestion to buy, don’t do it.
