I got this back support when I had a herniated disc. I could barely move without being in excruciating pain. I got this to help keep my core stabilized until it healed enough. Unfortunately this caused more issues than it did comfort. I had to return it. After wearing it for two days my issues worsened. As soon as I removed it I began to feel relief. If you have a healthy back and want to use this to help prevent back issues, it may be great. If you already have back issues and are looking for something to aid in support, it's a craps shoot. It didn't work for me, but it may work for others. It is made very well. The adjustability of the support is probably some of the best I've seen. You can have it as snug or as loose as you need it. It goes up high enough that it will stabilize your entire lower lumbar region without issue. That's why I'm giving it 4 stars, even though it didn't work for me.

I bought this for my husband and it made a difference right away. I have bought several similar braces over the years but this one is the best by far. It is strong, well made, comfortable, and the adjusting straps are thicker and stronger than other braces, making them easier to adjust and with less effort.

Have had a bad back so ordered this brace to see if it would help. Found it to be comfortable and it has helped to ease the pain so I can walk again without too much difficulty. It is a little on the warm side but that could be due to the fact that it's summer and extremely hot and humid right now. I would recommend this brace as it helps with stability in the low back. Just remember to order the right size by looking at the measurement chart so that the brace that's ordered will fit perfectly!

I really like this support belt!I have lower back stiffness that affects my nerves, so it radiates down my legs, and even while wearing knee braces, after half a day at work my back and hips are aching and I just want to go home.I got this last night and wore it to work today, and it was a game changer! I wore it over a thin shirt, the same way you would wear a corset, because it's better for the longevity of this type of thing if it has a barrier, and honestly, not a terrible look with some high-waisted pants.It was very comfortable when I wore it correctly, though when I had to shimmy it up to use the restroom it dug into my ribs a little.It was very useful to give my stomach muscles something to brace against, and I felt very secure and supported as I wore it.It does get kind of sweaty/warm if you're not careful. It's noticeably warmer than we'd like at my job, and I noticed when I was moving it around for bathroom reasons that the shirt under the brace was slightly damp, so that might be something to watch out for.All in all, I'm very happy I bought this.
