Will never be without one of these again.
I bought this for my mum who suffers from shoulder pain, it has helped her considerably, in fact more than I had hoped for. After stealing it off her for ten minutes I discovered why, definitely one of my better purchases.

I have issues with both shoulders and my physio wanted me to heat across my shoulders and chest 3x a day before doing exercises, this was a godsend

Doesn't heat far enough out
The heat doesn't reach the edges so it doesn't heat the shoulder joint just the neck
