Love it!!
Great for a beginner. Movements are broken down so you can easily learn them and have alternative movements depending on fitness level . The routines are manageable for a busy schedule and effective. I started about three weeks ago I have lost weight and noticed my body is more toned.

This exercise program comes with two DVD. Disc #1 is for beginners and disc #2 is for intermediate and advanced. It also comes with a booklet that have all of your workouts and meal plan. Just follow the instructions within the booklet. Make sure to have your 3 pound hand weights ready! and a towel. This exercise program is easy to follow, and it's for everyone. It's well thought out and all you have to do is follow along and get your workout on! This workout system is amazing! I love it! And I think you will too. Don't hesitate to get it! You'll be missing out if you don't. It's a good feeling to know that there are exercise programs like this that can help get you into shape without spending a lot of money 💰 at a gym. 🏋️♂️ 💪 I really like this exercise program because it's easy to follow and it works! 💪 five stars 🌟

Short fun workouts
I was looking for an easy to follow, quick workout routine and found the perfect one. There are 6 different workouts each about 20 minutes long. If I feel I want to do more, I do more than one. Most exercises work more than one muscle group so even after just one session you did a short whole body work out. It’s not stressful or difficult and the instructions are easy to follow. I only wished that there were more for a bigger variety of exercises.

I’m so impressed with this program that instructor Sarah Kusch has designed, and I love her warm, encouraging, wonderful teaching style. She offers lots of modifications and makes getting started so easy, I was skeptical at first—but it’s so super effective! I’m five weeks in and already ditched my COVID belly and have noticed remarkable toning in the lower curves of my pear shape. I’m amazed—highly recommend!
